If you are looking for egohome full 8 inch gel alternatives, this guide compares 6 similar picks. The original EGOHOME mattress offers firm support and a cooling gel cover in a standard full size. Its 8-inch height and fiberglass-free construction appeal to those needing stable spinal alignment. However, you might prefer a different thickness, a softer feel, or a distinct brand profile.
We selected these alternatives because their specifications overlap with the original model. Each option shares key traits like memory foam construction, full sizing, and cooling features. Some models offer thicker profiles for added support, while others provide medium firmness for side sleepers. You can compare dimensions, cover materials, and certifications to find the best fit. This list helps you evaluate practical differences without relying on subjective reviews. Focus on the specs that matter for your sleep style and room setup.
Our top pick: EGOHOME Full 8 Inch Firm Gel Foam.
How alternatives compare to EGOHOME
Celestial Sleep 8-Inch Firm Memory Foam Mattress
The Celestial Sleep model matches the EGOHOME mattress at 8 inches and full size, but it weighs 45 pounds compared to 42 pounds. Both offer firm memory foam with cooling gel covers. Celestial Sleep highlights its CertiPUR-US certification and fiberglass-free design for safety. You get a charcoal grey cover instead of white. This pick suits those who prioritize verified material safety and a slightly heavier, more stable feel. It is a strong alternative if you want similar firmness but value the specific safety certifications and color options found in this brand.
Novilla Bliss 8 Inch Full Gel Memory Foam
The Novilla Bliss shares the 8-inch height and full size of the EGOHOME option, but it weighs only 37.9 pounds. This lighter weight makes it easier to move. While both use cooling gel memory foam, the Novilla is described as medium-firm, offering a softer feel than the EGOHOME firm model. It lacks explicit fiberglass-free claims in the provided data. This mattress is better for side sleepers who need pressure relief rather than strict firmness. Choose this if you prefer a balanced, cooler surface over the rigid support of the EGOHOME mattress.
FATHOM Firm Full 8-Inch Memory Foam
The FATHOM mattress matches the EGOHOME in 8-inch height, full size, and firm memory foam construction. It also features a cooling gel cover. However, it weighs less than the EGOHOME 42-pound unit, though the exact weight is not listed. It includes CertiPUR-US certification and targets back pain relief. This is a practical choice for back sleepers who want firm support and cooling. It is a solid alternative if you prioritize certified safety and targeted back support, offering a similar firm profile without the specific fiberglass-free marketing of the original.
Linenspa 5 Inch Gel Memory Foam Full
The Linenspa option is significantly thinner at 5 inches, compared to the EGOHOME 8-inch profile. It shares the full size and firm memory foam construction with a cooling gel cover. At only 11 pounds, it is much lighter and easier to handle. This low-profile design is ideal for bunk beds or low frames where height is restricted. It gives up the deeper support core of the EGOHOME mattress. Pick this alternative if you need a slim, firm surface for a guest room or teen bunk bed rather than a primary full-size bed.
Gelsea 8 Inch Full Firm Gel Foam
The Gelsea model matches the EGOHOME at 8 inches, full size, and firm memory foam with a cooling gel cover. It weighs less than the 42-pound EGOHOME unit, though the exact weight is not provided. It includes CertiPUR-US certification and targets pressure relief. This pick is suitable for back or stomach sleepers who need stable alignment without sinking. It offers a similar firm feel but focuses on pressure relief. Choose this if you want comparable firmness and cooling but value the specific pressure-relief claims and certification details of the Gelsea brand.
VISCOFLEX 8 Inch Full Firm Mattress
The VISCOFLEX mattress matches the EGOHOME in 8-inch height and full size, but it is slightly shorter at 74 inches versus 75 inches. It is a firm memory foam model with CertiPUR-US certification. It lacks a cooling gel cover in the provided data, distinguishing it from the EGOHOME option. It targets back pain relief with a 3-layer construction. This is a good alternative for those prioritizing orthopedic support and certified safety over cooling features. Pick this if you need firm support and do not require the cooling gel layer found in the EGOHOME mattress.
