If you are looking for novilla 8 inch queen mattress alternatives, you likely want to compare specific specs before buying. The original Novilla model uses an 8-inch thick memory foam core with a cooling gel-infused comfort layer. It weighs 42.5 pounds and features a soft knitted cover for breathability. The CertiPUR-US certification ensures the foam meets strict emissions standards. This combination offers reliable motion isolation and pressure relief for couples or side sleepers.

You might want a different option if you need a different size, firmness, or color. The alternatives listed here were chosen because their specifications overlap with the original product. You can find 8-inch memory foam mattresses in Twin XL, Full, or King sizes if your bed frame requires it. Some competitors offer a medium-firm feel or a white cover instead of grey. Others include green tea infusion or a washable cover. Each alternative maintains the standard 8-inch profile and cooling gel features, giving you practical choices based on your exact room dimensions and sleep preferences.

Our top pick: Novilla 8-Inch Queen Gel Memory Foam Mattress.

How the alternatives compare

EGOHOME 8-Inch Queen Memory Foam Mattress

The EGOHOME 8-Inch Queen Memory Foam Mattress shares the same 8-inch height and 60-by-80-inch dimensions as the Novilla model. It weighs slightly less at 40 pounds. Both use memory foam construction with cooling gel layers and CertiPUR-US certification. The EGOHOME distinguishes itself with a medium-firm feel and a white cover, whereas the Novilla offers a soft knitted grey cover. EGOHOME also includes green tea infusion in its comfort layer. You should choose this alternative if you prefer a firmer surface or want the added benefit of green tea materials. It maintains the same box-spring compatibility and motion isolation traits found in the original Novilla design.

Novilla 8-Inch Queen Gel Memory Foam Mattress

This Novilla model is nearly identical to the original in construction, featuring an 8-inch thick memory foam core with cooling gel. It shares the same 60-by-80-inch Queen size and CertiPUR-US certification. The primary difference is the cover color, which is white instead of grey. It also weighs slightly less at 40.9 pounds compared to the original 42.5 pounds. The model number differs, indicating a variation in the foam blend or cover knit. This option is ideal if you want the exact same support and cooling performance but prefer a white aesthetic for your bedroom. It retains the same edge support and motion isolation characteristics as the original grey version.

LIFEMENT 8-Inch King Cooling Gel Foam

The LIFEMENT 8-Inch King Cooling Gel Foam Mattress matches the Novilla in thickness and construction type, using memory foam with a cooling gel layer. It is also CertiPUR-US certified and medium-firm. However, it is designed for a King size bed, measuring 76-by-80 inches, which is significantly wider than the Novilla Queen. It weighs 59.7 pounds. This alternative is suitable if you need a larger sleeping surface but want similar cooling and support specs. It lacks the specific Queen dimensions of the original. You should pick this if you are upgrading from a Queen to a King while maintaining the same firmness and cooling technology profile found in the Novilla.

COOL GEL 8 Inch Twin XL Memory Foam

The COOL GEL 8 Inch Twin XL Memory Foam Mattress shares the 8-inch height and memory foam construction with cooling gel. It is CertiPUR-US certified and medium-firm, similar to the Novilla. The key difference is the size: it measures 39-by-80 inches, providing extra length for taller sleepers. It weighs 38 pounds, making it lighter than the Novilla Queen. This model is designed for dorms or guest rooms where space is limited but length is essential. It offers the same pressure relief and cooling benefits. Choose this if you need the Twin XL dimensions but want the same certified foam quality and cooling features as the original Novilla mattress.

Celestial Sleep 8-Inch Firm Memory Foam Mattress

The Celestial Sleep 8-Inch Firm Memory Foam Mattress matches the Novilla in thickness and cooling gel-infused memory foam construction. It is also CertiPUR-US certified. The main difference is the firmness level; this model is rated as firm, whereas the Novilla is designed for general sleep positions with a softer feel. It is sized for a Full bed, measuring 53-by-75 inches, which is narrower and shorter than the Novilla Queen. It weighs 45 pounds. This alternative is best for sleepers who need a firmer surface or have a Full-size bed frame. It provides similar cooling and certified safety but in a different size and firmness profile.

Gelsea 8 Inch Firm Queen Mattress

The Gelsea 8 Inch Firm Queen Mattress shares the same 8-inch height, Queen size (60-by-80 inches), and memory foam construction with cooling gel as the Novilla. It is also CertiPUR-US certified. The primary difference is the firmness; Gelsea is rated as firm, while the Novilla offers a more balanced feel. Gelsea weighs 48 pounds, slightly more than the Novilla. It features a washable cover, which is not specified for the Novilla. This option is ideal for back or stomach sleepers who need a firmer support core. It retains the same cooling properties and box-spring compatibility but delivers a stricter, firmer sleep surface compared to the original Novilla model.
