6 Best Alternatives to the Novilla AiryFlow Queen Mattress 14 (2026)

How each alternative compares

LUCID 14-Inch Queen Gel Memory Foam Mattress

The LUCID 14-Inch Queen Gel Memory Foam Mattress offers a similar 14-inch profile but weighs less at 68.2 pounds compared to the Novilla’s 78 pounds. It uses a medium-firm feel, whereas the Novilla focuses on ergonomic spinal alignment with dual-layer support. The LUCID cover is white cooling gel, differing from the Novilla’s grey ice silk. You get a compressed bed in a box with CertiPUR-US certified foams, ensuring safe materials. If you prefer a lighter mattress that is easier to maneuver during setup, this is a practical choice. It provides targeted cooling for back and combination sleepers who want a straightforward, certified foam bed without the extra weight of the Novilla model.

PUBPLON Hybrid Queen Mattress

The PUBPLON Hybrid Queen Mattress weighs significantly more at 107 pounds, indicating a denser build than the 78-pound Novilla. It shares the 14-inch height and medium-firm feel but distinguishes itself with a navy blue cooling gel cover. Like the Novilla, it uses CertiPUR-US certified memory foam for safety. This option suits couples seeking better motion isolation due to its hybrid construction, which the all-foam Novilla lacks. You trade the Novilla’s specific NanoGEL cooling technology for a broader hybrid design that may offer more bounce. If you prioritize a heavier, stable mattress for partner disturbance reduction over the Novilla’s specific airflow mesh sides, this is a solid alternative.

Neohavn 14 Inch Queen Hybrid

The Neohavn 14 Inch Queen Hybrid differs by offering a medium feel instead of the Novilla’s focus on spinal alignment reinforcement. It weighs 83 pounds, slightly heavier than the Novilla. The cover is blue and white cooling gel, contrasting with the Novilla’s grey ice silk. This mattress is designed for pressure relief and includes a long trial period, which the Novilla also offers. You get a hybrid construction that may provide more edge support and airflow than the all-foam Novilla. If you want a medium-firm surface that targets pressure points with a hybrid design, this is a strong option. It gives up the Novilla’s green tea infusion but gains a different support structure for those who dislike the feel of pure memory foam.

Zinus 14-Inch Queen Lumbar+ Memory Foam Mattress

The Zinus 14-Inch Queen Lumbar+ Memory Foam Mattress shares the 14-inch height and medium feel of the Novilla but omits specific cooling cover details in its attributes. It weighs less than the Novilla, though the exact weight is not listed. This model is explicitly designed for targeted lumbar support, which aligns with the Novilla’s spinal alignment goals. However, it lacks the Novilla’s green tea infusion and ice silk cover. You get a stable surface for side or back sleepers who prioritize pressure relief. If you need a budget-friendly foam mattress with a focus on lumbar zones rather than active cooling, this is a practical choice. It sacrifices the Novilla’s advanced cooling features for a simpler, support-focused design.

EGOHOME 14 Inch Queen Memory Foam Mattress

The EGOHOME 14 Inch Queen Memory Foam Mattress is very similar to the Novilla, weighing 79 pounds versus the Novilla’s 78 pounds. It also features a medium-firm feel and CertiPUR-US certified foams. The key difference is the green tea infusion, which both mattresses include for odor control. The EGOHOME cover is white cooling gel, while the Novilla uses grey ice silk. This mattress offers reliable pressure relief and cooling for those who like contouring foam. If you want a nearly identical experience to the Novilla with a white cover, this is a direct alternative. It gives up the Novilla’s specific NanoGEL layer and 3D mesh sides but retains the core benefits of green tea freshness and certified safe materials.

Novilla Bliss 14-Inch King Memory Foam Mattress

The Novilla Bliss 14-Inch King Memory Foam Mattress is a larger size option from the same brand, weighing 92.4 pounds. It shares the 14-inch height and cooling gel cover with the Queen Novilla. This model is designed for hot sleepers in a King size bed, offering strong motion isolation and certified safe materials. You get the same brand reliability and cooling comfort but in a wider format. If you need a King size bed with the same cooling technology as the Novilla AiryFlow, this is the logical choice. It lacks the specific 3D mesh sides mentioned in the Queen model’s features but maintains the core gel foam construction. It is ideal if you want the Novilla brand experience in a larger footprint.
