- NanoGEL memory foam layer for enhanced airflow and cooling

Who it fits
Good fit for
This mattress suits hot sleepers who need active cooling features. The gel-infused foam and breathable cover help regulate temperature throughout the night. It also fits couples or partners due to the motion-isolating foam layers that reduce sleep disruptions. Side sleepers will appreciate the pressure relief at the hips and shoulders. The reinforced edges make it practical for those who sit on the bed perimeter or prefer using the full sleeping surface.
Who should skip it
You should look elsewhere if you prefer a traditional innerspring feel. This bed is entirely foam, so it will not offer the bounce or springiness of coil systems. If you need significant height adjustment, note that this is a fixed 14-inch model. While it has strong edges, foam mattresses generally allow more sinkage than hybrid designs. Those who dislike the contouring sensation of memory foam may find the pressure-relief layers too enveloping for their comfort.
Verdict: The Novilla Bliss offers a cool, pressure-relieving sleep surface defined by its gel foam and 14-inch profile. It is a solid choice for hot sleepers and those seeking spinal alignment without the bounce of coils.
Key specs for the Novilla Bliss
Size: King
This mattress measures 76 inches wide by 80 inches long. The standard king width provides ample space for two adults to move without disturbing each other. It fits most standard king bed frames. You should verify your room dimensions before purchase, as this size requires a larger footprint than a queen. It is ideal for couples who value personal space during sleep.
Thickness: 14 inches
The bed stands 14 inches tall, offering a substantial profile. This height provides a plush feel and easy entry and exit from the bed. It sits higher than standard 10-inch models, which may require taller bed sheets. The extra thickness allows for more comfort layers, enhancing pressure relief. Check your bed frame clearance to ensure the mattress fits properly.
Mattress Construction: Gel memory foam, 3-layer foam
This construction combines gel-infused memory foam with a three-layer foam system. The gel helps dissipate heat, while the multiple layers target pressure points and support spinal alignment. The high-density base provides stability, and the top layers offer contouring comfort. This setup suits hot sleepers and those needing targeted support. It differs from single-layer foams by offering more nuanced support.
Support Core: High-density support foam
The core uses high-density foam to provide a robust foundation. This material resists sagging and maintains the mattress shape over time. It prevents excessive sinking, ensuring your spine remains neutrally aligned. This support is crucial for durability and long-term comfort. When shopping, compare this to lower-density cores that may degrade faster. It offers reliable stability for all sleeping positions.

Setup and Daily Use Guide
The Novilla Bliss arrives compressed in a box, vacuum-sealed for compact delivery. This design allows the mattress to fit through standard doorways and be carried upstairs or into any room without difficulty. You do not need to worry about bulky packaging or difficult maneuvering during installation. Once you unbox the mattress, it begins to expand. The listing notes that it expands more quickly when you sleep on it sooner, which may help you reach its full 14-inch height faster. This mattress is compatible with all standard bed frames, giving you flexibility in how you support it. You can place it on a slatted base, a platform frame, or a traditional box spring without issue. In daily use, the cooling gel cover feels icy to the touch due to its blend with plant-infused fiber. This feature promotes rapid temperature regulation from the moment you lie down. Inside, the NanoGEL memory foam enhances airflow to prevent heat buildup. This makes the bed suitable for hot sleepers who need to stay cool. The high-density support foam provides a robust foundation that enhances comfort and reduces motion isolation. This means movement from one side of the bed is less likely to disturb the other side. Reinforced edges ensure full-surface stability, allowing you to sit or sleep near the perimeter with confidence. The triple-certified foam ensures low emissions and skin-friendly safety, so you can sleep without worry about chemical exposure. The 100-night trial period allows you to adjust to the feel of the mattress at home. If the spinal alignment or pressure relief does not meet your needs, you can return it within that window.
Before You Buy This Mattress
You need a sturdy, flat surface for this king-size foam bed. Standard slatted frames work if the slats are no more than three inches apart. Gaps wider than that can damage the foam core over time. Avoid adjustable bases unless the manufacturer explicitly lists compatibility, as heavy foam can strain motors. The 14-inch height pairs well with deep-pocket sheets. You should measure your existing sheet depth to ensure a secure fit. Regular rotation every few months helps maintain even wear across the surface. This model sits alongside other gel-foam options in the 1 mattresses listed here. Unlike hybrid beds with coils, this unit relies entirely on foam layers for support. If you prefer a bouncy feel, consider those alternatives. This mattress suits those who want contouring pressure relief. Hot sleepers may appreciate the cooling cover. Check your bedroom dimensions to ensure the king size fits comfortably. You also need space to allow the mattress to expand fully after unboxing.
Check before you buy
- Verify slat spacing is under three inches for frame compatibility.
- Confirm deep-pocket sheets fit the 14-inch mattress height.
- Ensure your bedroom has space for full expansion.
- Check adjustable base compatibility if using a motorized frame.
