Looking Beyond the Novilla King Memory Foam 12? 6 Alternatives Worth a Look

How each alternative compares

Zinus 12 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress

The Zinus 12 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress is a Full size, so it does not match the Novilla King dimensions. It weighs 54.1 pounds, which is lighter than the Novilla at 73.9 pounds. This model uses green tea infused foam rather than natural fiber infused foam. It lacks the reinforced edges and motion dampening features found in the Novilla. You should choose this if you sleep alone and need a smaller footprint. It offers basic pressure relief without the extra edge support. The knitted cover provides similar plush softness. This is a simpler option for single sleepers who do not need the wider King surface area.

EGOHOME 12-Inch Queen Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress

The EGOHOME 12-Inch Queen Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress is a Queen size, not a King. It weighs less than the Novilla due to its smaller dimensions. This mattress specifies a medium-firm feel, whereas the Novilla uses balanced-firmness memory foam. It includes green tea infusion for odor control, which the Novilla does not mention. The EGOHOME model focuses on cooling comfort, a feature the Novilla addresses through airflow design rather than active cooling materials. You might prefer this if you want a medium-firm feel in a Queen size. It lacks the OEKO-TEX certification and reinforced edges of the Novilla. This is a practical choice for side or back sleepers in smaller rooms.

Zinus 12-Inch Full Cooling Memory Foam Mattress

The Zinus 12-Inch Full Cooling Memory Foam Mattress is a Full size, differing from the Novilla King width. It weighs 51 pounds, significantly lighter than the Novilla. This model uses cooling gel for temperature regulation, while the Novilla relies on knitted textiles and airflow. The firmness is listed as medium, compared to the Novilla's balanced-firmness. It is fiberglass-free and certified safe, similar to the Novilla's CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX standards. You should pick this if you are a side or back sleeper in a Full size bed. It gives up reinforced edges and motion dampening for a focus on cooling. This is a straightforward option for those prioritizing temperature control over edge stability.

FDW 12 Inch King Gel Foam Mattress

The FDW 12 Inch King Gel Foam Mattress matches the Novilla King dimensions and weighs 82 pounds. It uses medium firm support, whereas the Novilla offers balanced-firmness. The cover material includes cooling gel, providing active cooling unlike the Novilla's knitted textile cover. This model emphasizes a washable cover, a feature not mentioned for the Novilla. It lacks the specific CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX dual certification details found in the Novilla data. You might choose this if you want a washable cover and medium firm support. It provides reliable pressure relief for all sleeping positions. This is a solid alternative for King sleepers who prioritize cooling gel and cover maintenance over reinforced edges.

Novilla 12-Inch California King Gel Memory Foam Mattress

The Novilla 12-Inch California King Gel Memory Foam Mattress is a California King size, which is longer and narrower than the standard King. It weighs 71 pounds, slightly less than the Novilla King. This model uses cooling gel in the cover, differing from the standard Novilla's knitted textile. It targets spinal support and heat management specifically for larger beds. You should choose this if you have a California King frame. It shares the Novilla brand heritage but swaps balanced-firmness for a gel-focused cooling approach. This model lacks the reinforced edge stability mentioned in the standard King version. It is ideal for buyers needing targeted cooling in a California King setup.

Zinus 12 Inch Green Tea Cooling Gel Full

The Zinus 12 Inch Green Tea Cooling Gel Full is a Full size, not a King. It weighs 52.1 pounds, much lighter than the Novilla. This mattress combines green tea infusion with cooling gel, offering dual odor and heat management. The Novilla uses natural fiber infused foam without gel. This model is CertiPUR-US certified, matching the Novilla's safety standards. It lacks the OEKO-TEX cover certification and reinforced edges of the Novilla. You might prefer this if you are an average-weight side sleeper in a Full size room. It provides a certified, cooling-focused surface. This is a practical choice for those prioritizing temperature regulation and pressure relief over edge stability in a smaller bed.
