You might be searching for suiforlun full size mattress alternatives because the Suiforlun 14 Inch Full Hybrid has specific specs that do not match your needs. This mattress offers a medium firm feel with a hybrid construction of gel memory foam and pocket coils. It features a bamboo rayon cover for cooling and a five-zone coil system for targeted support. These specifications make it a strong choice for sleepers who need pressure relief and spinal alignment.

However, you may prefer a different firmness level, a pure foam construction, or a different cover material. Some buyers want a firmer surface for back support, while others prioritize a washable cover or a lighter weight. The alternatives on this list were chosen because their specs overlap with the original. We compared thickness, firmness, and construction to find similar options. This guide covers 6 similar picks so you can find a full-size mattress that fits your exact preferences.

How Alternatives Differ From Suiforlun

EGOHOME 14 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Full

The EGOHOME 14 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Full keeps the 14-inch thickness and medium firm feel but switches to a pure memory foam construction. You give up the bounce of pocket coils for deeper pressure relief and better motion isolation. This model weighs less at 67 pounds, making it easier to move. The green tea infusion targets odor and freshness. You should choose this if you prefer the contouring hug of foam over the responsive lift of a hybrid system. It is ideal for side sleepers who need extra cushioning for shoulders and hips without the heat retention often associated with dense foam.

FDW 14-Inch Full Gel Memory Foam Mattress

The FDW 14-Inch Full Gel Memory Foam Mattress also uses a memory foam build rather than coils. It matches the 14-inch profile and medium firm rating but weighs significantly less at 27.1 pounds. The cover features cooling gel technology for temperature regulation. You lose the zoned support of pocket springs in exchange for a simpler, all-foam feel. This pick suits those who want a lightweight mattress that is easy to handle. The washable cover adds a practical hygiene benefit. It is a solid alternative for sleepers who find hybrid systems too heavy or who prefer the uniform sink of foam over the distinct separation of coils and comfort layers.

Novilla 14-Inch Hybrid Full Mattress

The Novilla 14-Inch Hybrid Full Mattress stays within the hybrid category but targets back pain relief specifically. It shares the 14-inch height and white color but weighs much less at 45.1 pounds. This model includes CertiPUR-US certification for foam safety, which adds a layer of material assurance. You gain a focus on spinal alignment and cooling features similar to the Suiforlun. However, the lighter weight suggests a different coil density or foam composition. This is a good choice for back and stomach sleepers who need reliable edge support and a cooler sleep surface without the higher weight of the original pick.

FP Flexpedic Full Hybrid Mattress

The FP Flexpedic Full Hybrid Mattress offers a medium firm feel and 14-inch height but comes in black. It weighs 76.7 pounds, which is lighter than the Suiforlun. This model uses a zoned coil system for targeted support, similar to the original. It also carries CertiPUR-US certification. You get durable support and edge stability without the bamboo rayon cover. This alternative is best for buyers who prioritize firmness and structural integrity over plush comfort. The bed-in-a-box format ensures easy delivery. It fits sleepers who need strong hip and lower back support but prefer a slightly lighter overall package.

BedStory 14-Inch Firm Full Hybrid Mattress

The BedStory 14-Inch Firm Full Hybrid Mattress differs by offering a firm feel instead of medium firm. It maintains the 14-inch hybrid construction and white color. At 76.2 pounds, it is lighter than the Suiforlun. This model is designed for back sleepers who need strict spinal alignment and minimal sink. The firm construction provides durable stability for those who sleep hot. You give up the medium softness for a harder surface that prevents sagging. This pick is ideal for individuals who find the original too plush or who require a solid foundation for their lower back. It is a practical choice for those who prioritize support over cushioning.

Avenco 14-Inch Queen Hybrid Mattress

The Avenco 14-Inch Queen Hybrid Mattress is a Queen size, not Full, so it is wider and longer. It shares the 14-inch height, medium firm feel, and hybrid construction. It weighs 77.8 pounds and includes CertiPUR-US certification. This model is designed for motion isolation, making it suitable for couples. You gain a larger sleep surface and better edge support but sacrifice the compactness of a full-size bed. This alternative is best for side and back sleepers who need airflow and stability. It is a practical option if you need more width for two people or prefer the larger footprint of a Queen mattress over the narrower Full size.
