Who it fits

Key specs explained for this mattress

Size: Full

This mattress measures 52 inches wide and 73 inches long. You should choose this size if you sleep in a standard full-size bed frame or need a compact surface for a guest room. It offers more width than a twin but fits tighter spaces than a queen. Verify your frame dimensions match these numbers to ensure a proper fit without gaps or overhang.

Thickness: 4.5 in

The total height is 4.5 inches. This profile works well as a replacement topper for older, thin mattresses or as a standalone surface for folding couch beds, campers, and boats. It provides enough material to cushion pressure points without adding excessive bulk. If you prefer a plush, high-profile bed, this may feel too low compared to standard 10-inch mattresses.

Mattress Construction: Bi-layered memory foam

The core consists of two distinct foam layers bonded together. This design separates the support base from the comfort surface. You get the pressure-relieving feel of memory foam on top, while the base prevents bottoming out. This construction is common in replacement toppers and portable sleeping solutions where durability and distinct comfort zones matter.

Support Core: 3 in firm polyurethane foam base

The bottom layer is a 3-inch firm polyurethane foam. This layer provides structural integrity and prevents sagging over time. It ensures the softer top layer does not compress fully against the bed frame. This firm base is essential for folding mechanisms in RVs or couch beds, as it maintains shape under repeated compression and unfolding.

Comfort Layer: 1.5 in soft memory foam

The top layer is 1.5 inches of soft memory foam. This layer conforms to your body contours to relieve pressure on hips and shoulders. The thickness is sufficient for side sleepers but may feel thin for stomach sleepers who need spinal alignment. It offers a slow-response feel, allowing you to sink in slightly for a cradling sensation.

Design and build details

According to the listing, this mattress uses a bi-layered memory foam construction. The base is a 3-inch firm polyurethane foam layer. This provides a stable foundation for your body. On top sits a 1.5-inch soft memory foam comfort layer. This upper layer conforms to your contours while maintaining support. The combination creates a firm feel overall. This specific layout is designed to fit folding couch bed frames, boats, campers, and RVs. It is not intended for traditional bedroom use alone.

The cover is a key part of the design. It is made from a jacquard waterproof material. The listing describes it as soft and comfortable. You can wash the cover, which helps with maintenance. The fabric is also ventilated. This feature allows body heat to dissipate rather than trapping it. You might find the cover comfortable enough to skip fitted sheets.

The mattress measures 73 inches in length and 52 inches in width. The total height is 4.5 inches. These dimensions match standard full-size frames. The white color is consistent with the listed model. The compact profile allows it to slide easily into tight spaces. You can place it on existing surfaces to upgrade comfort. The waterproof cover adds a layer of protection for the foam core. This makes it suitable for environments where spills are a concern.

Setup and daily use guide

This mattress arrives compressed in a box. You will need to unbox it and place it on your frame. Allow the foam to expand fully before using it. The 4.5-inch height fits most standard full-size bed frames. It also works well with folding couch beds, boat cots, camper platforms, and RV frames. The bi-layered construction provides a stable base. The 3-inch firm polyurethane foam core supports your body weight. The 1.5-inch soft memory foam layer conforms to your contours. This combination offers a firm feel. You can place fitted sheets over the cover if you prefer. However, the included jacquard cover is soft enough for direct contact. It is waterproof, which protects the foam from spills or moisture. You can remove the cover for washing. The cover is also ventilated. This design allows body heat to dissipate during sleep. You will not feel stifled. The white color matches most bedroom decor. The total dimensions are 52 inches wide and 73 inches long. This size suits single sleepers or those with limited space. The model number MIL-SFMT45 identifies this specific configuration. You should check your frame’s weight limit before placing this on a folding mechanism. The waterproof feature makes it practical for RVs or guest rooms where accidents may occur. The washable cover adds hygiene benefits. You can clean it easily. The firm polyurethane base ensures the mattress does not sag quickly. The memory foam top provides comfort without excessive sinkage. This setup is straightforward. No tools are required. Just unbox and expand.

Before you buy this topper

You should verify that your existing frame can support a 4.5-inch profile. This mattress is designed for folding couch beds, boats, campers, and RVs. If you use it on a standard bed, check that the side rails are low enough to accommodate the height. You may need deep-pocket fitted sheets if your current ones are shallow, though the waterproof cover is soft enough to sleep on directly. The ventilated jacquard cover helps dissipate body heat, but you should still wash it regularly to maintain hygiene. Since this is a replacement topper, ensure your current mattress is in good condition. This option suits you if you need a compact, firm surface for travel or secondary sleeping areas. It fits alongside other options in Mattresses as a specialized solution for space-constrained environments rather than a primary bedroom bed.

Check before you buy

• Confirm your frame supports a 4.5-inch height
• Check if the cover fits your existing sheets
• Ensure the mattress is for a secondary space
• Verify compatibility with folding couch bed frames
